We need lots of sleep to feel happy and kind. We are able to learn when we have enough sleep.
We need to wash ourselves to keep ourselves healthy. This means washing our bodies and washing our clothes.
We need exercise to be healthy. Exercise is really good for our brain. When we exercise it is good for our heart. It builds up our heart to be strong.
We need shelter. We want a warm house with heat. It keeps us from getting wet and sick.
We need love. When we think about the people that love us we are happy and smile lots.
We need to be safe. Helmets protect our head to keep our brain safe.
